Terry – Over the past twenty five years, from the Antarctic to Africa, from Alaska to Argentina, my wife and I have used the travel agent services of Terry Wichlenski. We always received prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, attentive service. As a professional working in a zero-defect environment, I expect the same from the professionals with whom I do business and Terry has never disappointed.
Recently we were going to Kenya for a safari. Two days before our departure we were notified by American Airlines code share partner, Qatar Airlines that our flight was rescheduled for a day later. I called American Airlines and was told that a change to a different code share partner would be $450 per ticket. Within one hour of contacting Terry, she was able to switch us to British Airways arriving in Nairobi within one hour of the originally planed time and without paying anything for the rebooking.
As a travel agent, Terry’s services cost her clients nothing. She is paid by the hotel, guide service, tour operator, etc. Yet, her loyalty is to her client. With Terry you both save time and get the best pricing. Likewise, when traveling, there is peace of mind in knowing that back home, Terry is available to assist in getting lost luggage found and rerouted to you, to rearrange your itinerary to suit your whim as you travel and to help with any emergencies that may arise along the way.
With Terry it is not just a job but rather a desire to see that her clients enjoy every part of their trip. She is knowledgeable about both cruises and overland trips, either with groups or individual, guided or unguided. Terry gives the same attention to detail whether an economy trip or a high-end adventure.

FEBB “Board of Directors Cruise” was nothing short of a “Grand
Success,” in major part as a direct result of your personal planning,
preparation and execution. I have enjoyed working with you and it gives
me great pleasure in recognizing your professional abilities in all
aspects of coordinating the five day event. Everything was well arranged
and conducted as planned, no simple task when dealing with all those
responsible for the arrangements. You kept all of us well informed and
made it very easy for the group to actively participate in the planned
activities.
A special thanks for arrangement of the Reception and Farewell social functions, warmly enjoyed by all. I know that each enjoyed and appreciated the special touch of wine in their cabin and the ship credit for their personal accounts.
